  	from Shenandoah Cty Minute book 1806 SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VIRGINIA MINUTE BOOK1806 - 1810 1807 Jan 13 - John Nease, orphan of Adam, chose George Mowery as guardian. The said George Mowery is appointed guardian to Michael Neese, orphan of Adam. This shows the two brothers Michael and John both having George Mowery as guardian. George Mowery is Elizabeth Harpine's second husband after Adam Nehs died. The question is, by orphan, does this indicate that Elizabeth has died also? To me it would seem to be the case.
